Tokyo Day 2: First Store + Lunch in Hibaya Park
After visiting the shrine, we found a really neat + tiny store tucked away and went in to get food for lunch... this was our first Japanese convenience store...
we picked up a few interesting looking items and began our hike back to the government area to look for Hibaya Park...
Hibaya park was the the first western-style park in Japan in 1903... this site used to be the property of Samurai lords and was used as military training ground...
there is a replica liberty bell in the park that was given to them by the United States... we ate lunch right at the liberty bell...
lunch consisted of: a spaghetti and corn filled sub sandwich, a bacon and cheese bread, potato sticks, and coke... it was very good...
